the number of guests, and whether you’d like us to help you connect with a certified captain or if you’ll be bringing your own.
STEP 2
Order and Secure Payment
Enter your contact information and pay for your package securely using a credit card.
Once the process is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email, and your order will appear as “Pending.”
We’ll contact you during business hours, within 12 hours, to coordinate the captain and rental logistics and confirm your order.

Personalized Coordination (Logistics and Captain)

Finalize the details and route.
Send you the safety documentation and liability waivers required by Florida maritime laws.

Once the paperwork is signed and your captain has been assigned, your reservation will be marked as “Confirmed.”
You’ll receive a final email with detailed docking instructions, the suggested arrival time (we recommend arriving early), and a reminder of our policies.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Be on time. Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure. The yacht will wait up to 40 minutes past departure. After that, late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
Please allow extra time, especially during rush hour, as traffic and parking can delay you.

The captain’s instructions must be followed at all times.
The captain may refuse service or end the trip without refund for misconduct, aggression, intoxication, or unsafe behavior.
Disruptive passengers may be asked to disembark at another dock in the city at their own expense.
If you wish to cancel a trip, please note that cancellations made by the customer are non-refundable. You have the option to reschedule your trip as outlined in our cancellation policies.
If your reservation was done through a third party site like TripAdvisor, Viator, Get Your Guide, you need to cancel with them directly, we do not have access to cancel these reservations.
Operator Cancellation In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to an operator cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-shows: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled rental will be charged the full price. No refunds will be allowed for no-shows, the grace period is 40 minutes past the starting time, at that moment the boat will depart and you will be considered a no show.

By booking you understand and agree to our cancellation and weather policy.
You will be able to select a captain at checkout, we will check if that captain is available to do the trip on that specific Date/Time. If the captain is not available we will send you a text message with a new captain selection, we ask the customer to please reply to this info as soon as possible because we have to confirm with all the captains.
All crew members are required to sign our waiver and the lead traveler must sign a boat charter agreement upon arrival with the captain.
